Key Responsibilities:  Manage and oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and hardware/software systems.  Develop and implement IT policies, protocols, and best practices.  Monitor and maintain data backup systems and disaster recovery plans.  Manage IT vendors, AMC contracts, and procurement.  Troubleshoot system/network issues and oversee IT support.  Evaluate and implement new technologies and upgrades.  CCTV DVR knowledge  Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks.  Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.  Set up and maintain routers, switches, and other networking equipment.  Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and other core network services. Required Skills & Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in BCA/BSC IT, or related field. (CCNA, MCSA, MCSE)  Strong knowledge of networking, Windows servers, and data security.  Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).  Proficiency in managing IT assets, backups, and endpoint security.  Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM, or other business software tools.  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. WordPress Website Developer – Recruitment Criteria Key Responsibilities:  Design and develop responsive WordPress websites from scratch or using themes.  Customize themes and plugins as per project requirements.  Optimize website speed, performance, and security.  Collaborate with designers, content writers, and SEO teams.  Maintain and update existing websites regularly.  Implement UI/UX improvements based on feedback.  Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Required Skills & Qualifications:  Proficiency in WordPress CMS (core, themes, and plugins).  Strong knowledge of HTML5, PHP, and MySQL.  Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, Brizy or similar page builders.  Understanding of SEO principles, website analytics, and performance optimization.  Ability to debug and resolve front-end/back-end issues.  Familiarity with Git, cPanel, and website migration.
