Daymart Group is looking for a motivated IT Executive to provide technical support across its Kuttiyadi locations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, networking, and software within the stores. The role involves field support across nearby branches based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support to branch teams.
Diagnose and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues.
Perform system installations, updates, and regular maintenance checks.
Manage LAN connectivity, printers, and other IT equipment.
Maintain IT service records and coordinate with the central IT team for escalations.
Travel to nearby branches as required to address technical issues.

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Knowledge of computer hardware servicing, basic networking, and software installation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to travel between assigned branches as part of job duties ( kadiyangad,kakkattil,naduvannur,balussery)
Good communication and coordination skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
