The role involves scheduling shifts, staff training, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. The Commis will assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all hygiene standards are met. Daily tasks include supporting the kitchen team, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and following recipes and instructions from senior chefs. The Commis will also be involved in learning and honing culinary skills.
