Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis, located at Mopa Goa. The Commis will assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all hygiene standards are met. Daily tasks include supporting the kitchen team, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and following recipes and instructions from senior chefs. The Commis will also be involved in learning and honing culinary skills.

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Strong understanding of Hygiene practices
• Basic Culinary Skills
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the culinary arts and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus
• Culinary certification or degree is preferred
