Description We are a leading textiles company looking for a friendly and reliable Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our customer accounts and ensuring timely and accurate payments are received. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in accounting and a passion for the textiles industry. Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate customer accounts Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies Send invoice reminders and follow up on outstanding balances Monitor customer payments and take necessary actions to ensure timely payment Communicate with customers regarding payment plans and outstanding balances Provide support to the finance team in generating financial reports Maintain and update financial records and files Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred At least 2 years of experience working in accounting or finance, preferably in the textiles industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
