Accounts Receivable Officer

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your daily responsibilities include processing payments from clients, updating ledgers and enforcing the company's credit policies. Competency in using Tally ERP and other accounting software, performing accurate calculations and identifying discrepancies is necessary to succeed in this role. Job Responsibilities: Collection – Collection of invoices and/or delinquent accounts And Implement collection strategies to minimize outstanding balances. Prepare Invoices and bills Assist clients with billing-related issues Raising and sending invoices to customers Posting payments to customer accounts Tracking overdue invoices and Contact customers to follow up on outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans when necessary. Escalate unresolved accounts to management or legal teams as needed. Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges Submitting daily reports to management on accounts receivable operations And Compile monthly receivable reports Assist with the transition of new customers during acquisitions Work directly with Account (AR) Receivable team, Accountant Supervisors, and other leaders in the Organization as needed Requirement: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting with equivalent Account Receivable experience computer technical skills - MS Excel Knowledge of credit risk assessment and collections strategies Strong understanding of AR principles, internal controls and compliance requirements Strong communication skills - both oral and written Team-player, customer-centric attitude, Problem solving Skill.
