Are you passionate about collection and customer relationships? Sabrini Foods is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Collection officer to join our Finance team in Coimbatore, India.

Position: Credit Controller

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and reconcile customer payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Ensure all customer accounts are updated, and payments are properly posted.
• Monitor outstanding debts and follow up on overdue accounts in a professional
  manner.
• Proactively collect overdue payments and implement effective strategies to reduce
  Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Work closely with the Credit Manager to report on debtor status and credit risks.
• Assess and verify new customer credit application, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain detailed records of communications and transactions with customers.
• Assist in developing and implementing effective credit control policies and
  procedures.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues and
  maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support company objectives by contributing to the continuous improvement of
  financial processes.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Experienced Professional: 5+ years with Proven track record in Collection from
  difficult customer.
• Communication Skills: Strong in written, numeric, and verbal communication.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent detail and time management.
• Proactive Attitude: Consistent and proactive approach.
• Team Collaboration: Works well independently or in a team.
