Sabrini Foods is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Collection officer to join our Finance team in Coimbatore, India. Position: Credit Controller Job Type: Full-Time Location: Onsite, Coimbatore, India Department: Finance Reports To: Credit Manager Job Purpose As an AR/Collection officer, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect overdue payments while maintaining professional interactions. The position involves managing customer relationships and supporting the companys cash flow and financial stability. Key Responsibilities Prepare, process, and reconcile customer payments with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure all customer accounts are updated, and payments are properly posted. Monitor outstanding debts and follow up on overdue accounts in a professional manner. Proactively collect overdue payments and implement effective strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Work closely with the Credit Manager to report on debtor status and credit risks. Assess and verify new customer credit application, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. Maintain detailed records of communications and transactions with customers. Assist in developing and implementing effective credit control policies and procedures. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Selection Criteria: Experienced Professional: 5+ years with Proven track record in Collection from difficult customer. Communication Skills: Strong in written, numeric, and verbal communication.
