Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Pune. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Day-to-day tasks include reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. The role also involves managing accounting operations, coordinating audits, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will provide advice on tax planning and financial strategies. Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software, financial analysis, and reporting Experience in bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, tax planning, and compliance Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus Familiarity with industry practices and regulations Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Show more Show less
