Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Officer based in Ahmedabad. The Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, monitoring customer account details, and ensuring timely collection of payments. Daily tasks include handling invoices, reconciling accounts, processing receipts, identifying overdue accounts, and implementing effective credit control strategies. The role also involves working closely with customers to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships.

Qualifications

Experience with Credit Control and Debt Collection techniques
Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
Excellent Customer Service abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Prior experience in the chemicals industry is a plus
