Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Management: Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network issues to ensure seamless connectivity.
• L1 & L2 Support: Provide first and second-level technical support to resolve IT-related issues and escalate more complex problems as needed.
• Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Software Management: Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications to ensure smooth functioning.
• Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• IT Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of all IT assets and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
• User Support: Assist employees with technical issues and provide training on IT systems when necessary.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure IT systems are secure and compliant with company policies and industry standards.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of all IT processes, incidents, and resolutions for future reference.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Executive, Network Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network management and L1, L2 support processes.
• Proficiency in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware repairs and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Certifications like CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar are a plus.
