Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT team (LMS, ERP, assessment, support).
- Plan and oversee implementation of new technology solutions.
- Ensure exam platforms are reliable, secure, and student-friendly.
- Coordinate with Academic Head to align IT systems with academic needs.
- Troubleshoot escalated issues during exams and resolve within timelines.
- Manage vendor relations (if external tools are used).
- Regularly upgrade systems to adopt new technologies.
- Conduct training sessions for IT staff and faculty on technical tools.
Deliverables:
- Weekly and monthly IT performance reports.
- 100% uptime during exam periods.
- Successful integration of all academic content into systems.
5. IT Team
Salary: n25,000n30,000/month
A. LMS Administrator
- Upload and configure tests, quizzes, and content.
- Manage user roles and permissions.
- Ensure smooth LMS operations during exams.
B. ERP Administrator
- Manage student registration, dashboards, and certification processes.
- Handle ERP integration with other academic platforms.
- Generate reports for management on student progress.
C. Assessment Technologist
- Configure exam rules (randomization, difficulty, and time limits).
- Validate uploaded content before exams.
- Run pilot tests to ensure functionality.
D. Proctoring Engineer
- Implement AI-based proctoring systems.
- Monitor exam sessions and flag violations.
- Generate post-exam integrity reports.
E. Content Integrator
- Convert faculty-generated content into LMS-compatible format.
- Ensure proper tagging, formatting, and categorization.
- Upload content in multiple formats (PDF, video, interactive modules).
F. Helpdesk Support
- Provide real-time assistance to students, faculty, and schools.
- Log, track, and resolve issues within defined SLA.
- Maintain knowledge base and FAQs for recurring problems.

- Weekly IT performance and incident resolution reports.
