Job Summary

The IT Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all hardware, software, networks, and systems within the organization. This role involves providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring data security, and supporting technology-driven initiatives that enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor company IT infrastructure including servers, networks, systems, and software applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Ensure data protection, backup, and disaster recovery systems are effectively implemented and maintained.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, software, and hardware.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to ensure optimal uptime.
• Support implementation of new technologies and IT projects as per organizational goals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in compliance with IT security policies.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and renewal of IT equipment and licenses.
• Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data privacy regulations.
• Provide training and technical guidance to staff on IT tools and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• [2–5+] years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or network management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, network protocols, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and firewall management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,920.13 - ₹30,488.90 per month
