Core Responsibilities of an IT Executive

1. IT Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Ensure network security, data backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

2. Technical Support & Helpdesk Oversight

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Train staff on new technologies and IT policies.

3. Vendor & Asset Management

• Coordinate with external vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure timely upgrades or replacements.

4. Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, IT Act in India).
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

5. Project Implementation & Support

• Assist in planning and executing IT projects like system upgrades, migrations, or new software rollouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and IT expenditures.

7. Policy Development & Enforcement

• Help draft and enforce IT policies, including acceptable use, password protocols, and data handling.
• Educate employees on IT best practices and security awareness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
