Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling accounting operations at Belgundi Resort Private Limited in Belgundi, Belgaum. As a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience and a qualification of B.Com, you will play a key role in managing financial data, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company policies. Your expertise in Tally and accounting entries will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records and assisting in budgeting & forecasting. Additionally, your ability to implement process improvements will contribute to the efficiency of accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: - Strong working knowledge of Tally and accounting entries. - Prepare Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements. - Analyze financial data and assist in budgeting & forecasting. - Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies. - Manage petty cash, tax filings, and audit support. - Implement process improvements in accounting operations. Qualification Required: - B.Com degree - 3 to 5 years of experience - Immediate Joiner Only Additional Details: Candidates with Resort & Hotel experience are preferred for this role. You are expected to have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations, proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and report generation, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Your experience in the Resort & Hotel industry will be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities of this position effectively.,
