Job Title: IT Executive
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week | Night Shift
Experience Required:
•1–2 years of hands-on IT support experience
Key Responsibilities:
•Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
•Provide first-level support for hardware, networking, and system issues during night hours.
•Manage user accounts, system updates, and security patches.
•Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
•Ensure smooth operation of software installations and regular system backups.
•Document incidents, resolutions, and escalate complex issues when required.
Required Skills:
•Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, switches, routers).
•Proficiency in desktop/system management and troubleshooting Windows & basic Linux environments.
•Familiarity with antivirus, firewall, and basic server maintenance.
•Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and remote support.
Qualifications:
•Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
•Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA A+) will be an added advantage.
