Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive with strong hands-on experience in L2 & L3 Switches and Server Management to join our IT team.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of L2 & L3 network switches
Server installation, administration, monitoring, and backup management
Network security management including firewalls, VLANs, routing & switching
User support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues
Coordination with vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure support
Ensure system uptime, data security, and IT compliance
Documentation of IT assets, network diagrams, and SOPs

Desired Profile

Hands-on experience with L2 & L3 switches (Cisco / HP / Aruba preferred)
Strong experience in Windows/Linux Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Basic knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network security
Experience in troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in retail / corporate office / multi-location setup is an advantage
