a. Develop and implement annual marketing calendars detailing strategic and tactical initiatives for PPZ asset, emphasizing the creation of engaging and dynamic communities. b. Craft and execute the annual marketing strategy that aligns with PPZ's corporate vision and direction. c. Conceptualize, negotiate, and collaborate to deliver three major national or large-scale events annually, implemented across all PPZ assets. d. Manage PR campaigns, blogs, media functions, press conferences, and corporate events for both the PPZ corporate structure and individual assets. e. Implement and manage customer database processes and communication through the PPZ automation platform in assets. f. Strategize and implement customer delight programs across all PPZ centres to foster community engagement.CONSIDERED g. Conduct in-depth business analysis, derive business requirements, and formulate plans and specifications for key marketing programs and new initiatives across all assets. h. Continuously review, evaluate, and prioritize marketing enhancements against business and customer needs for each asset. i. Oversee budgeting and financial control for marketing activities within the centres and at the corporate level. j. Monitor and ensure the generation of marketing income effectively for both individual assets and the overarching PPZ organization.
