Job Description

Strategic Planning Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Co-ordinate with India and Sout Africa offices by taking their inputs on content calendar, design brief, required data (images, events, awards, projects etc.) Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent brand identity across all channels. Ensure messaging aligns with brand values and resonates with the target audience. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly. Plan and participate in industry events such as PRC (Phygital Retail Conference), MAPIC (Retail Conference) and HICSA (Hospitality Investment Conference in South Asia) and others. Actively engage with design magazine publishers, journalists etc. to promote and publish our projects externally. Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize digital campaigns for maximum impact. Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content for various platforms and audiences. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate thought leadership content. Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads for business growth. Analyze and optimize lead conversion funnels to maximize ROI. Vendor Management: Liaise with creative agencies to conceptualize and develop marketing materials in line with the brief given. Coordinate with print vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of marketing collateral. Manage logistics and ensure vendors adhere to event timelines. Analytics: Utilize analytical skills to measure the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders for informed decision-making.
