We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer with around 5 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, suggest the right cybersecurity solutions, conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs), and implement products. This role focuses on solution design and deployment, not day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Understand customer requirements and propose suitable cybersecurity solutions. Work with the sales/pre-sales team to design solutions and prepare proposals. Conduct POCs to demonstrate product features and integration with customer environments. Implement and deploy solutions such as endpoint protection, Email Security, SIEM, IAM, and cloud security tools. Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and handover notes. Provide training and basic enablement to customer IT/security teams. Stay updated with the latest security technologies and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity tools administration or implementation. Minimum 5 year of experience in IT Systems administration or implementations. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, etc.) Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR solutions of TrendMicro, Mcafee preferred) SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Wazuh, etc.) Identity & Access Management (IAM/MFA solutions) Cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP security tools) Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and security fundamentals. The Systems Administrator would report to the Manager of Systems Engineering performing functions related to the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure supporting the business including data center operations, hardware, operating systems, user administration, virtualization, and backups and recovery of the environment. This person would work closely with team members around the globe to provide 24x7 support including occasional on-call responsibilities. Sr. Systems Administrator must be able to work well with others, taking direction from team leads to complete his/her own projects, while acquiring information from the team as needed. This person would work to maintain the current environment and meet the needs of users on a day to day basis. The Sr. Systems Administrator will be able to solve problems injecting his/her own experience, assisting less experience team members to complete tasks and developing documentation for standard operating procedures.
