Job Description

Job Title:

uninterrupted internet, Wi-Fi, and IT systems

stability, ownership, and permanent resolution

Role & responsibilities

Ensure
internet and Wi-Fi uptime
across the office at all times
Manage
multiple internet connections
and switch seamlessly in case of failure
Troubleshoot and resolve
network, internet, laptop, desktop, and printer issues
Configure, monitor, and maintain
routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices
Coordinate with
Internet Service Providers (ISPs)
and follow up until resolution
Identify root causes of recurring issues and fix them permanently
Maintain basic IT documentation (connections, passwords, configurations)
Provide daily IT support to office staff and ensure smooth operations

Required Knowledge & Skills:-

Strong understanding of
office networking and Wi-Fi systems
Hands-on experience with
router configuration and network setup
Ability to diagnose and resolve
slow internet and connectivity issues
Basic knowledge of
computers, printers, and IT hardware support
Familiarity with LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, and basic networking concepts
