We are Hiring!!! Job Description for Desktop Support Engineer System engineer maintains and troubleshoots the existing computers, laptops, security, and servers. To install, configure, and troubleshoot the computers, as well as all other applications and printers, to keep them at optimum performance. Network of computers, and the desktop engineer typically has a manager to whom they report. A strong background in information technology and proficiency in all the Windows platforms is required. Required Candidate profile Should be willing to join immediately or have a noticed period of less than 15 days. Should be willing to work in any night rotational shift . Should be willing to do work from office. Desktop Support Engineer Tasks Answer calls or tickets to support end users with applications, hardware, software, and networking. Create end user documentation and knowledge base articles. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in person and remotely, resolving and documenting solutions using ticketing tool. Monitor backups and maintenance logs. ISP Management, vendor follow-up, firewall monitoring Patches update Anti-Virus Console and update management Asset and Software License management Team coordination Improve and automate manual processes. Purpose: We are looking for a Manager who can actively engage with our Business Partners for resolution of our Enterprise and Top I&B accounts network related issues. This is a critical role to manage & require expertise in Process Management , Team Handling & Partner Management. Responsibility: Managing Customer Tickets : Excellent understanding of Customer Issue & Resolution Process. Experience of working on High SR volumes averaging 20-25k tickets per Month. Team Handling Experience: Should have Team Handling Experience(15-20 Team Members). Partner Management : Daily/ Weekly/ Fortnightly engagement with Business Partners. Good Knowledge of ISP Network : Hands on experience of Switches/Routers , skilled to work in a complex network ,role requires engagement with >400 Partner ISPs for issue resolution. PPPoE Configuration : Set up and configure PPPoE servers and clients to ensure smooth internet access for customers. BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) : Implement, manage, and troubleshoot BGP routing for efficient internet traffic routing. Static Routing : Design and maintain static routes to optimize network traffic flow. Traffic Shifting : Manage traffic shifting between links to optimize network performance. P ort Forwarding & Load Balancing : Implement and manage port forwarding rules and load balancing to ensure seamless data flow and redundancy. Project Management :Ability to run Cross-Functional Programs for improvement in Resolution Process , SLAs & Ticket Inflow reduction. Analytics: Ability to analyse customer issues & eradicate tickets for improving Customer Experience , hands on expereince on Excel for network data analysis , Pivot and reporting.

Position Overview: The I SP Deployment Plan Release Manager is responsible for managing the release and transport deployment of ISP projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate for ISP plan release with operations, planning, GIS, and circle ISP teams to ensure that deployments align with business objectives. Plan and execute the rollout of new services, system upgrades, and product releases for transport ISP network. Communicate release timelines, and dependencies with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for plan release-related inquiries and updates. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align all stakeholders on release plans. Ensure that resources (personnel, tools, equipment) are available and proper tracking of those resource. Responsible for raising all plans in respective workflows required during project execution Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field. Experience: 9+Year of experience in release management, project management, or ISP deployment, with a strong focus on managing technical deployments. Skills: Strong understanding of ISP technologies, such as fiber-optic networks, wireline, transport, broadband, routers, and switching systems. Excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and liaise with stakeholders. Ability to identify and resolve risks or issues during the deployment process.
