Job Title: HR Assistant – Recruitment

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week | Full Time Experience: 1–2 Years

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive HR Assistant to focus on end-to-end recruitment. If you enjoy connecting with people, have a keen eye for talent, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

•Post job openings on job boards, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms

•Source and screen resumes to match job requirements

•Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams

•Conduct initial HR screening calls and share feedback

•Maintain applicant tracking sheets and recruitment dashboards

•Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities

•Assist in employer branding efforts such as campus hiring or career fairs

.Required Skills & Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

•1–2 years of recruitment or HR coordination experience (internships count)

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving setup

•Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn sourcing, or applicant tracking tools is a plus
