Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers.
Manage backups and data recovery processes.
Assist in setting up and configuring new systems and devices.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
Support users in day-to-day operations within ERP Navision.
Coordinate with finance, inventory, and HR teams to ensure smooth ERP functioning.
Assist in ERP customization, module configuration, and user access control.
Generate reports and assist in data analysis using Navision.
Liaise with external ERP consultants for upgrades, troubleshooting, and training.
Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime.
Set up and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Ensure secure and stable internet connectivity across the organization.
Perform regular maintenance of servers and backup systems.

Preferred candidate profile

1-4 years of experience in IT in aftermarket
Strong knowledge of ERP and Hardware Networking
Graduation in IT Field
