Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for

  home automation, home theatre, IT & networking, CCTV, and professional sound systems

  in both residential and commercial segments.

• Meet and build relationships

   with 

  interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors

   to create long-term business partnerships and bring in new projects.
• Conduct

  client meetings, presentations, and site surveys

  to understand customer requirements thoroughly.
• Promote and sell complete solutions, including:

• Wi-Fi setup

  (residential & commercial)

• LAN / WAN network design & installation

• CCTV / surveillance setup & configuration

• Home automation & audio-visual integration

• Sound system design & installation

• Prepare and deliver compelling

  sales presentations and proposals

• Generate accurate

  quotations

  based on technical inputs from the engineering team.
• Build and maintain

  strong client relationships

  , ensuring long-term business partnerships.
• Follow up on leads,

  close deals

  , and consistently meet

  monthly sales targets

  .
• Collaborate closely with the

  technical and installation teams

  for seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven experience

  in

  B2B/B2C sales

  , preferably in

  IT, networking, automation, or electronics

  .
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal

  skills.
• Basic understanding of

  networking concepts

  (Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN),

  CCTV systems

  , and automation solutions is a strong advantage.
• Ability to

  assess client needs

  and propose

  customized solutions

  effectively.
• Highly

  self-motivated

  ,

  target-driven

  , and result-oriented.
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Fluency in

  and the

  local language

  (Assamese or Hindi).

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in

  BCOM/BBA/or any similar degree

• Prior experience in

  ISP companies, networking equipment firms, home automation, or surveillance companies
