We at AppPotter, an AI driven custom software development services company based in Ahmedabad, are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (Outbound Campaign Specialist) with strong experience in outbound lead generation and multi-channel outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the end-to-end sales cycle, has hands-on expertise in managing outbound tools, and can convert high-quality leads into meaningful business opportunities. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other channels. Conduct targeted market research to identify potential clients across the globe. Build and manage high-quality lead lists for outbound sequences using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Skrapp, etc. Write and optimize high-impact email sequences, LinkedIn outreach scripts, and value-driven sales messaging. Track campaign performance using CRM and automation tools; suggest improvements for higher conversions. 🎯 Requirements: 2-4 years of proven experience in outbound business development or international lead generation. Strong understanding of IT services, custom software development, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions. Hands-on experience with outbound tools such as: Apollo, HubSpot, Lusha, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English must be strong). Ability to research, segment, and target the right ICP and buyer personas. Proven hands-on experience of working on Upwork and has generated business from Upwork in past company. Must be comfortable with cold outreach, handling objections, and creating strategic follow-ups. Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results with minimal supervision. Strong analytical mindset to measure campaign success and improve ROI. 💡 Nice to Have: Experience in B2B SaaS or software agency outbound processes. Understanding of lead nurturing, sales funnels, and automation workflows. Knowledge of proposal writing or basic technical understanding of web/mobile technologies. Experience in preparing contracts for IT Projects.
