Job Title -

Location –

• Assist in tracking and managing IT assets, including hardware and software.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of asset management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify asset needs and facilitate procurement processes.
• Assist in conducting audits to ensure asset compliance and accuracy.
• Help manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Provide support in handling asset-related documentation and reporting.
• Ensure proper labelling and tagging of IT assets.
• Assist in the coordination of asset movement and allocation within the organization.
• Coordinating with vendor and follow the price negotiation process as per the organization standard
• Monitor and manage software licenses to ensure compliance and cost-efficiency.
• Assist in generating reports on asset utilization, compliance, and lifecycle status
• Exposure in IT Audit standards like ISO27001:2022 | PCI DSS

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in IT asset management or related roles is an advantage.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and asset lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in asset management software and tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management and reporting.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management (preferred).
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
