What You Will Do And Learn

We are seeking a Solution Consultant to join our growing Legal Operations practice, with a specialization in Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). This role blends technical expertise and client engagement to deliver high-impact CLM solutions. You will develop and implement Ironclad solutions and train other bandmates.

Ideal candidates will be able to:

Solution Development & Delivery

  • Build and customize contract templates on Ironclad platform.
  • Design and configure, workflows, approval rules and dashboards.
  • Assist in functional workshops to gather requirements for contract types, templates, clauses, workflows, and reporting.
  • Conduct Fit/Gap analysis and guide future-state process design.
  • Manage requirements traceability and ensure alignment throughout the SDLC.
  • Work on contract data migration, functional testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop training materials and lead “train-the-trainer” sessions for client enablement.
  • Track and resolve functional and technical issues during implementation.

Practice Development & Enablement

  • Lead enablement initiatives for the Legal Ops team, including Ironclad training, internal knowledge sharing and capability development.
  • Stay current with Ironclad’s evolving features and industry trends in CLM and legal tech.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience implementing CLM solutions, with a strong emphasis on Ironclad.
  • Strong experience with pre-sales and solutioning
  • Strong experience in leading discovery workshops and architecting solutions
  • Ironclad Certification (Ironclad Bootcamp, Ironclad Workflow Design, Ironclad Admin, Ironclad Workflow Owner, Ironclad Consultant Implementation Service) is must.
  • Hands-on expertise with Ironclad’s configuration, workflow automation, Smart Import, Smart Contract capabilities, and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of contract structures, legal clauses, and business terms.
  • Experience in business rules, custom calculations, and data integration across CLM platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
