Investment Banking Specialist

Our client is seeking experienced Investment Banking professionals to collaborate on an innovative project with a leading AI research lab.

Overview

• Pay - 80-105 USD per hour (approx)
• Flexible workload: 10–20 hours per week
• Fully remote and asynchronous—work on your own schedule.

The role involves contributing to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems built to mimic real-world investment banking workflows. You'll help train, test, and calibrate AI agents on complex financial tasks derived from M&A, IPOs, debt offerings, equity research, and pitchbook development.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial outputs produced by AI systems for quality and accuracy
• Calibrate AI decision-making processes in tasks such as valuation or modeling
• Simulate and audit pitch deck workflows, comps analysis, and due diligence
• Provide domain-specific feedback on AI-generated investment documents
• Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to improve systems

Ideal Qualifications

• Strong experience in Investment Banking, ideally at top-tier firms such as Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a a related field
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, DCF/LBO/Comps analysis, and valuation methods
• Familiarity with capital markets, M&A deal cycles, and transaction processes
• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills
