Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Lead B2B and B2C sales for ESS inverter products across Residential, Commercial & Industrial segments.
  • Expand market reach by developing new OEMs, channel partners, and institutional clients.
  • Strategize and execute plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Channel & Distribution Management

  • Build and manage robust dealer/distributor networks.
  • Train and support partners to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.

Market Strategy & Insights

  • Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing for pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Team & Cross-functional Coordination

  • Guide sales reps and distributor teams to ensure consistent execution.
  • Work closely with service, logistics, and supply chain teams to enhance customer experience.

Key Account Management

  • Develop and sustain relationships with institutional buyers, OEMs, and high-value clients.
  • Provide consultative support during pre-sales and ensure smooth post-sales operations.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Share detailed sales performance reports, competitor insights, and market trends with management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and commercial terms.

Who Were Looking For

  • 410 years of experience in

    Sales & Marketing

    within

    ESS, Battery, Inverter, or Power Electronics

    .
  • Deep knowledge of

    North & West Indian markets

    .
  • Proven track record in

    channel development

    and

    OEM sales

    .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Education:

    MBA (Marketing preferred)

    + relevant graduate degree.
