Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Execution Lead B2B and B2C sales for ESS inverter products across Residential, Commercial & Industrial segments. Expand market reach by developing new OEMs, channel partners, and institutional clients. Strategize and execute plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Channel & Distribution Management Build and manage robust dealer/distributor networks. Train and support partners to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives. Market Strategy & Insights Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and product positioning. Collaborate with marketing for pricing strategies and promotional campaigns. Team & Cross-functional Coordination Guide sales reps and distributor teams to ensure consistent execution. Work closely with service, logistics, and supply chain teams to enhance customer experience. Key Account Management Develop and sustain relationships with institutional buyers, OEMs, and high-value clients.
