🚨 We're Hiring – Inventory Planner

📍 Location: Gurgaon | 🕒 Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Analyze historical sales and forecast demand to develop accurate inventory targets .

• Monitor inventory levels, track inbound/outbound shipments, and flag potential shortages or overstock situations .

• Collaborate closely with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery .

• Work with sales, merchandising, and marketing teams to align inventory with promotional activities, new product launches, and seasonal peaks .

• Identify, report, and execute actions on slow-moving, obsolete, or surplus inventory .

• Negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing and supply terms .

• Prepare regular reports on inventory health, stock aging, KPIs, and recommend improvements .

• Leverage inventory management systems and Excel for accurate order and stock tracking .

• Participate in inventory audits, reconciliation, and process enhancement initiatives .

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Inventory Turnover Rate: Measures the number of times inventory is sold and replaced within a set period.

• Stock Availability (%): Percentage of time products are available for sale without stockouts.

• Stock to Sales Ratio: Evaluates the balance between inventory levels and unit sales.

• Weeks of Supply (WOS): Tracks how many weeks current inventory will last based on forecasted sales.

• Perfect Order Rate (%): Percentage of orders fulfilled without error, delay, or damage.

• Days to Sell Inventory: Average time taken to sell through inventory stock.
