Inventory Manager

Job description

We are looking for an Inventory Executive to Manage all the Inward, Outward, Entries in system, stockkeeping, cycle count and distribution of Stocks as per standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage Master Data in SAP to ensure integrity and consistency across all inventory records.

Investigate and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures. Maintain high data entry accuracy and data structure integrity in the inventory system, managing any associated backlogs.

Conduct cycle counts, spot checks, and annual physical inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.

Develop and implement strategies for preventing stockouts and excess stock.

Ensure compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles for all inventory movements.

Maintain the Inventory Turnover Rate within established control parameters.

Conduct Stock Analysis (Dead Stock / Non-moving/Slow-Moving) and develop, monitor, and execute liquidation plans.

Perform Trend Analysis on inventory data to forecast needs and identify improvements.

Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.

Prepare and manage the Inventory Budgeting process.

Execute various Stock Audits (Random Audit, Book Closing Audit, Dead Stock Audit).

Validate Purchase Orders (PO) against defined concerns and perform reconciliation with vendors.

Reconciliation of Purchase Order, Job Order with Suppliers on monthly basis

Prepare the Job Order Completion Report (OCR), including necessary reconciliation.

Implement new workflows and processes to establish preventive measures and improve operational efficiency. Implement ABC Analysis in Inventory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
