Inventory Manager

As a Spare Parts Inventory Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing spare parts inventory to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply while maintaining operational excellence. You will work closely with the Strategic Inventory Manager and cross-functional teams to achieve inventory targets. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily inventory operations and maintain optimal stock levels. - Support demand forecasting and analyze trends to align supply with customer needs. - Monitor inventory turnover, stockouts, and implement optimization strategies. - Coordinate with suppliers (RLC, GLC) for timely deliveries. - Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz standards. - Prepare reports on inventory performance and provide actionable insights. - Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service teams. - Assist in risk management and support strategic inventory initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6+ years of experience in inventory management. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/inventory systems. - Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks. - Integrity, professionalism, and strong team collaboration.
