Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Manager based in Mumbai. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing inventory control and management processes, including tracking stock levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and optimizing inventory procedures. They will collaborate with team members to ensure efficient stock movement, liaise with suppliers, perform inventory audits, and work to enhance operational efficiency. The role also involves analyzing data to forecast inventory needs and ensuring prompt, optimal fulfillment of customer demands while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Inventory Control and Inventory Management processes to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure operational efficiency.
• Strong Analytical Skills for forecasting, troubleshooting discrepancies, and improving inventory systems.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders effectively.
• Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting quality and delivery standards.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to perform accurate inventory audits and maintain precise records.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
