Inventory Control Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Control Manager to oversee and manage all inventory-related activities in our EV manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring accurate records, and streamlining inventory processes to support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.

Plan and manage inventory levels to meet production and dispatch requirements.

Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies.

Coordinate with the procurement and production teams to ensure timely material availability.

Implement effective inventory control systems and procedures to minimize losses and wastage.

Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Generate inventory reports and present analysis to management.

Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward material movement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 3–8 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing or EV sector.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
