Inventory Control Manager

As an Inventory Control Manager at our EV manufacturing plant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all inventory-related activities. Your attention to detail and skills will be instrumental in maintaining optimal stock levels, accurate records, and efficient inventory processes to support seamless production operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials. - Plan and manage inventory levels to meet production and dispatch requirements. - Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies. - Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability. - Implement effective inventory control systems to minimize losses and wastage. - Supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. - Generate inventory reports and present analysis to management. - Ensure proper documentation for material movement. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. - Minimum 3-8 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing or EV sector. - Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
