Roles & Responsibilities Preferable - Female Candidates Prepare and issue service invoices after job completion. Maintain accurate customer account details, including outstanding balances. Record and update purchase invoices, expenses. Follow up with customers for payment collection and maintain collection reports. Coordinate with the Service and Purchase teams for invoice and material verification. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management. Assist in inventory reconciliation and ensure proper documentation of service materials. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and GST norms.
