Quality Control Executive

Roles & Responsibilities 1️⃣ Control Operations - Perform inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products Execute sampling plans as per standards and SOPs Conduct product testing using defined QC tools and equipment Ensure adherence to company and regulatory quality specifications 2️⃣ Documentation & ReportingMaintain inspection records, test results, and quality reports accurately Prepare NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) for deviations Ensure calibration & records of measuring instruments are up to date Maintain traceability and proper documentation during audits 3️⃣ Process Improvement - Identify defects, trends, and recurring quality issues Work with production to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Recommend improvements to processes, materials, or equipment Continuously monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions 4️⃣ Compliance & Standards - Follow ISO/industry standards and internal QA policies Assist in internal & external audits (ISO/Customer audits) Ensure safety, legal and environmental compliance during QC activities 5️⃣ Communication & Coordination - Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and R&D teams on quality concerns Provide feedback on quality deviations and preventive actions Support quality training programs for staff 6️⃣ Equipment Management -Operate laboratory instruments and inspection tools correctly Raise maintenance or replacement requests when tools malfunction Educational Qualifications - Diploma in EEE / ECE
