Inventory Control Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and other financiers to arrange inventory funding, working capital limits, and term loans for operational and strategic business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor vehicle and parts stocks to authorize fresh billing based on real-time inventory, avoiding excess stocking and ensuring finance limits are not exceeded. - Coordinate finance arrangements with OEMs and automobile brands for procurement, ensuring working capital lines align with business growth plans. - Fulfil regular and event-driven stock audits for each financier, providing accurate statements, reports, and documentation for compliance needs. - Oversee preparation and compliance of legal agreements with financiers, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. - Manage internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee seamless finance availability and utilization across geographies and product categories. - Lead, develop, and motivate a team of executives to drive operational excellence and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in financial management, relationship management, and team leadership in the banking or financial services industry.,
