Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Manager in Retail Finance (Auto Loans) located in Madurai. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing and managing auto loan processes, ensuring financial planning and analytical assessments are accurately conducted. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial statements, coordinating with the accounting team, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Financial Planning abilities
• Experience in Finance, Managerial Finance, and Auto loans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Proficiency in financial schemes
• Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous
