Inventory Analyst

Job Summary

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce holding costs, and improve service levels.
• Apply Agility core practices and tools to drive continuous improvement in inventory processes and supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of inventory data, identifying trends, forecasting demand, and recommending adjustments to procurement and logistics plans.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure alignment on inventory strategies and supply chain objectives.
• Lead supplier relationships, including negotiation planning and preparation, to secure favorable terms and ensure reliable supply.
• Lead and participate in various projects related to inventory optimization, supply chain improvements, and new system implementations.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with inventory, supply chain disruptions, and market fluctuations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of balanced supply chain practices, demonstrating awareness and application of sustainability principles.
• Apply strong business and commercial competence to make data-driven decisions that contribute to value creation and management across the supply chain.
• Continuously supervise and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  

Job Qualifications

• Confirmed experience in Inventory Management and Logistics Management.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agility core practices and tools.
• Demonstrated Eye For Business and Commercial Competence.
• Excellent Negotiating skills, including negotiation planning and preparation.
• Experience in Project Management within a supply chain or operations context.
• Proficiency in Risk Management principles and their application to inventory and supply chain.
• Ability to apply Critical Thinking to complex supply chain challenges.
• Experience in Supplier Relationship Management.
• In-depth knowledge of Supply chain management principles and standard methodologies.
• Awareness and application of Sustainability awareness and principles within a business context.
• Proven track record to drive Value creation and management initiatives.
