Inventory Analyst

Job Summary:

The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, analyzing trends, and providing insights to improve forecasting, replenishment, and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels across warehouses, retail locations, and distribution centers.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate inventory reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and sales teams to forecast demand and adjust stock levels accordingly.
  
• Analyze data to identify slow-moving, obsolete, or overstocked items and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Support process improvements related to inventory management, forecasting, and logistics.
  
• Develop strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  
• Proven experience (0 - 2 years) as an Inventory Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or related role.
  
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
  
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
