Assist the Sales Team in the presentation of the products and solutions to customers. Collaborate on the sales plan developed with the Sales Team on the targeted customers. Record all the details of the tools trials and prepare trial reports showing benefits to the customer. Update the customer management software (CRM) with the information discussed during customer visits and trials. Monitor opportunities in the CRM and manage technical actions. Examine the customer-provided 3D models of the components, use CAM to determine the machining strategy, and use good proposal-making skills to estimate the machining time. Other key responsibilities : Ensures high quality and latest updates of data and information on all sales activities in CRM w(Sugar) within assigned customer portfolio. Follows Internal Rules Regulations, in due time provides and correctly processes internal documents determined by the company. Constantly improves knowledge of the Seco Offer and quality of production, new tools and technologies. Constantly increases the level of professional development through the training arranged by the company, and independently. Candidate Profile Education background: Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 8-20 years of experience in the fields of activity described above.
