About Your Job In this position, you’re responsible for leading the sales team and delivering on the targets and KPI’s of your area of responsibility in India. You support the design and drive the implementation of our strategic initiatives locally. To ensure success, you work closely with Operations and functional teams within the Sales and Marketing organizations. You understand the need to balance local, regional and global needs. With an inclusive and open leadership style – focusing on creating a collaborative environment with open communication – you lead by example and by empowering your team. Naturally, you work actively to create a great place to work, including taking care of health and safety, as well as diversity and inclusion as major contributors. You support our strategic journey through our Where to Compete (W2C) initiatives, evolution of our go-to-market strategy, and becoming a growing net-zero company You develop, manage, implement and monitor all activities belonging to your area of responsibility and lead your sales team to deliver on the following: Ensuring your team contributes to the business planning cycle, following up on local business results and implementing mitigation actions where required. Support in building the infrastructure to be able to successfully sell products and services. Seek growth in our strategic accounts following our W2C model and prioritize where to focus based on our customer needs and partners’ strength. Drive collaboration and pro-active communication to speed up and improve our way of working. Seek global solutions to achieve efficiency gains and show interest in new technologies. You’re a proactive and valued member of the Asia Pacific Sales Leadership team and report to our Sales Director of Asia Pacific. The location for this position is India. You bring the following skills, personal traits and interests: A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics, or related qualification from job experience. Inclusive leadership and excellent collaborative and change management skills to guide our organization and lead multicultural teams. Balance long-term needs with short-term results and operational performance. Fluency in English, verbally and in writing. You can work on multiple topics simultaneously and are able to think outside the box to create insights for improvements. You have a strong business mindset and a financial understanding. Being result-oriented and customer-centric in your thinking are perfect assets for this role. You communicate complex topics to the local organization in a way which promotes understanding and engagement. With good networking skills and by embracing cultural differences, you easily collaborate with diverse partners on a global level.
