You will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reporting on various financial transactions and activities. Job Responsibilities: • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets. • Analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management to aid in decision-making processes. • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures. • Assisting in budget preparation and forecasting future expenses and revenues. • Identifying areas for operational improvements and implementing solutions to improve efficiency. • Providing support for external audits by capturing documentation and preparing detailed reports. • Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards and ing them to ensure compliance. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred. • Minimum of two years of substantial experience in accounting or finance. • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP. • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks optimally. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
