  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with professionalism, addressing customer queries and providing exceptional service.
  • Follow established scripts and guidelines to manage international customer interactions effectively.
  • Record and maintain accurate data in CRM systems to ensure meticulous tracking of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure adherence to performance and quality standards.
  • Resolve customer issues swiftly by leveraging problem-solving skills and escalating complex concerns when necessary.
  • Meet and exceed daily targets, contributing to the overall success of the international voice process team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Proven experience in voice process roles, preferably with international exposure.
  • Must-Have: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English with a clear, articulate accent.
  • Must-Have: Strong customer service orientation coupled with excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with CRM software and knowledge of performance metrics common in BPO environments.
  • Preferred: Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work setting.
