Job Summary

Customer Engagement Executive (International Sales),

The shift timing will be from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound sales calls to potential

   international clients

   and introduce them to Caf Desires products.
2. Handle inbound inquiries from overseas customers and provide detailed product information.
3. Build strong relationships with global clients and nurture leads into successful deals.
4. Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions from our product range.
5. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic selling and follow-ups.
6. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and post-sales support.
8. Stay updated on international market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
9. Overcome objections and resolve client concerns with professionalism and confidence.
10. Work in

    different time zones

    as required to maximize international sales opportunities.

Requirements

1. Candidates below 30 years of age .

2. Minimum

   1 year of experience in telesales in international sales/B2B/B2C process.

3. Immediate joiners

   preferred (or those currently serving a notice period).

4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

   (Fluency is a must).
5. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

6. Experience in handling international clients

   is a plus.
7. Basic knowledge of

   CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.

8. Ability to

   adapt to different time zones

   and work in a dynamic sales environment.
9. Positive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets.
10. Ability to handle rejection and maintain high levels of enthusiasm.
