Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive Trainee to join our growing sales team in the IT & ITES domain. This role will support business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and helping to generate qualified leads for our technology and ITES solutions.Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients in target markets through online and offline channels Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking Assist senior team members in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate IT/ITES solutions Support the sales team in building and nurturing client relationships Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client and lead information Attend client meetings, webinars, and industry events as required Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings. Migration Planning:o Analyze and understand the existing Tally setup, processes, and data.o Design a comprehensive migration plan to transition from Tally to Odoo with minimal disruption. Data Migration:o Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Tally to Odoo, ensuring accuracy and completeness.o Validate migrated data and resolve discrepancies. System Configuration:o Configure Odoo modules (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, etc.) to replicate and enhance Tally functionalities.o Customize workflows and reports to meet business needs. Integration:o Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools and legacy systems.o Set up APIs or connectors for real-time synchronization, if required. Testing and Validation:o Conduct rigorous testing of the migrated data and system functionalities.o Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth user acceptance testing (UAT). Training and Support:o Provide training to end-users on Odoo modules and processes.o Offer post-migration support to resolve issues and optimize performance. Documentation:o Maintain detailed documentation of the migration process, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Expertise: o Strong understanding of Tally ERP and Odoo ERP, with hands-on experience in both systems.o Proficiency in Python (for Odoo customization) and SQL (for data handling). Experience: o At least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, migration, or system integration.o Proven experience in Tally to Odoo migrations is a must. Analytical Skills: o Ability to analyze business workflows and map them to Odoo functionalities.o Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during migration. Communication and Collaboration: o Strong verbal and written communication skills.o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Certifications (Preferred): o Odoo Functional or Technical Certification.o Certifications in Tally ERP will be a plus
