International Telecaller

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident International Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with international clients, generating leads, providing information about our services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international prospects and existing customers.
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes in CRM systems.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team for lead progression and updates.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold company values in all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in international calling or customer support.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (accent-neutral).
• Strong listening skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in BPO / International Voice Process.
• Knowledge of lead generation or sales processes.
